While transformation can happen in a single conversation, sustainable growth unfolds over time. That’s why I offer coaching in packages of 3, 6, 9, or 12 sessions. This allows us to build momentum, go deeper, and adapt as needed. Real change deserves real commitment.

Every coaching journey is unique. Based on where you’re starting, the areas you want to focus on, and the insights that emerge along the way, your goals may shift -- and that’s perfectly natural. We’ll co-create a flexible plan that meets you where you are and evolves with you.

Chemistry first
Before we begin, I offer a complimentary, no-pressure chemistry session. This is a relaxed but purposeful space to connect. You’ll have a chance to share what’s bringing you to coaching, ask questions, and get a feel for how I work. I’ll also get a sense of whether I’m the right fit to support you. If it feels aligned, we’ll explore next steps together. If not, no hard feelings and I’ll gladly point you toward other helpful resources. Payment
As a non-medical practitioner, I do not accept insurance at this time. Coaching is currently available via direct payment only. That said, I am actively exploring ways to make coaching more accessible and reduce the financial barrier where possible. Please contact me below for current rates and promotions.​
